The safety relay has broken the circuit during use. At this time, is the safety relay broken, or the safety relay has detected an unsafe factor, and the circuit has been disconnected, and an accurate judgment needs to be made.
1) If there is a safety hazard in the loop, after eliminating the danger, restart the safety relay and restore the circuit. For example, the SIS system pulse detection causes the safety relay to frequently disconnect and start. Adjust the duration of the SIS system pulse detection low level so that this time will not be recognized by safety relay.
2) If the safety relay is faulty, it is usually handled as follows:
a. The output contacts of the safety relay are generally protected by contact fuses. During use, the fuse may be blown due to short circuit or overcurrent, and safety relay cannot start the field device. Action: replace the fuse.
b. Safety relay control circuit is damaged due to overvoltage. Measures: Replace the safety relay, contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
